WHAT IS SOBER LIVING?
Sober living homes provide recovering guests with an alcohol and drug-free environment.
It is a transitional bridge between treatment and independence where people can be successful and accountable to themselves and their sobriety.
Since there are no required government standards applied to sober living, it is best to find a home that is certified by the sober living coalition so that it meets health, safety and management standards.
Managers should strive to provide safe and comfortable surroundings by enforcing house rules.
These typically cover daily chores, curfews, drug and alcohol testing, as well as respect for guests and staff.
We conduct an NA meeting on site every Monday evening at 6:45 p.m. Please call 714-468-9686 for directions.
